Pauline is a Company Director, and Company Secretary, providing support to the expansive team, and advising on all HR elements of the company’s undertakings.
Academically CIPD qualified in addition to 30+ years HR experience within major Public and Private sector provides ISCM with the expertise to underpin our delivery, whilst also providing support to clients in key areas such as Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll and Performance Management.

Shaun McCarthy is a recognised leader in the field of sustainable business. He was awarded an OBE for services to sustainability and London 2012 by Her Majesty the Queen in her 2013 birthday honours list.

Following a successful 20+ year corporate career in procurement, Shaun left BAA PLC to embark on a career as an independent advisor and business owner in 2006. Since then he has led the development and operation of the world’s first independent sustainability assurance body for a global sport event as Chair of the Commission for a Sustainable London 2012 from 2005-13. He was part of the UK Government sustainable procurement task force in 2005-06 which led the development of the BS 8903 standard in 2010 and led the UK delegation to develop ISO 20400 in 2013-17.
He founded Action Sustainability in 2006 where he has served numerous clients as a consultant (2006-), chaired the Supply Chain Sustainability School (2012-) and founded the not for profit knowledge platform ISO 20400 (2017-).

In addition to these main roles, Shaun was Chair of the IEMA Professional Standards Committee (2016-19), Sustainability Advisor to the Board of Transport for London (2008-16), non-executive advisor to Tarmac (2016-) and a Trustee of the Greenshoots Foundation Trust (2010-). Following his work on London 2012, Shaun was instrumental in developing the Centre for Sport and Human Rights.

In addition to his OBE, he is a Fellow of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (FIEMA) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS).

Adrian is a delivery-focused senior Program/Project manager with 25+ years of experience leading teams in the delivery of complex mission-critical programs, projects, bids and business transformation activities across land, sea, and air domains within the Defence sector.

With extensive delivery experience across the program lifecycle, Adrian is a results-driven, highly skilled Program Manager able to influence at all levels with a proven track record of delivery and success in complex and challenging environments through excellent stakeholder management and the fostering of collaborative and high-performing teams.

Louise Cairns is one of our senior commercial consultants, she has over 25yrs experience within public and private sector. Having worked in Defence, infrastructure, devolved Governments, authorised bodies and manufacturing, Louise has a well rounded commercial background that can be applied to all organisations.

She has a proven track record in delivering business change and measurable improvements. She thrives on helping your business to deliver results, driving business improvements, making sustainable difference and promoting cross-functional collaboration.

Robin Jaques is responsible for leading and supporting customers globally within a range of sectors including Manufacturing; Retail; Aerospace, Defence and Distribution.

His passion is for developing sustainable Enterprise Excellence programmes and understanding how companies can connect and engage with their employees.  Prior to joining, Robin worked with James Dyson at Dyson Appliances setting up and supporting the growth of a business that grew from £5m – £250m in less than 3 years.

In this role Robin also led the teams responsible for inbound and outbound supply, warehousing, commercial management and factory planning.

His earlier career was in commercial supply chain management at Airbus. As part of his voluntary work, Robin has recently been appointed as Governor of the Great Western Air Ambulance Charity.

Simon is an influential Senior Interim Procurement/Supply Chain leader with a proven track record of achieving results. Demonstrable expertise across diverse sectors like defence, nuclear, automotive, real estate, trade, aerospace, engineering, power generation, rail, communications, and FMCG, Simon consistently delivers measurable results and enhances business benefits.

As a fully qualified member of MCIPS, CPSM, and CBIFM, assessing and developing client solutions for highly complex situations is a key area of expertise and aligned to client’s requirements.

Simon drives change within complex environments, with a hands-on approach and a focus on innovation and integrity, he excels in transforming people, processes, and systems to deliver world-class solutions.

Mark is a Company Director, and serves as a senior industry-leading Supply Chain professional, who always tries to find entrepreneurial ways to drive positive change, inspire and empower to achieve real results for your business.
He previously led a number of senior Director roles and worked within Global Public and Private sector multi national organisations, predominately within the aviation, defence, automotive and rail Industries, working all aspects OEM and aftermarket.
As a fully certified member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, British Institute of Facilities Management, and a certified Lean Six Sigma practioner, complementing the extensive global leading “end to end” supply chain knowledge and experience, Mark is well placed to ensure all clients are supported in partnership which strikes the right balance of strategic direction, and tactical operational delivery.
